When I think about what quality of craft really means, it’s finding harmony between business and customer needs to determine our investment in UX/UI design. Our goal was to clarify and test the value proposition to drive conversion and engagement.

• 95% success sign-up rate.
• On average, 7K customers go through new user onboarding per day.
• Improved App Store rating from a 3.2-star to a 4.8-star rating.
