MY ROLE
As the Associate Director, Product Design, I owned the development and execution of the Product Design practice for booking and hospitality services. Established the design process, managed, and grew a team of 9 designers of multiple levels and specialties to increase design scope and influence.

DESIGN STRATEGY
Play into the equity of The Venetian, while pushing the brand to boldly use imagery and motion. A refined color palette and playful user interface, paired with classic typography and purposeful animations, keep this experience profession yet captivating. 

• User Goal is to provide a “sense of space," understanding the event spaces without having to be there physically.

• Business Goal is generate a 10% increase in leads for the Sales Team to close booking.
